THE CXR UNIVERSAL RACK SYSTEMS
AMS 4 is an AC or DC
Universal rack chassis for up to 4 cards.
AMS16 is a Universal rack chassis for up to16
cards plus a management card (CFIP),
and redundant power supplies, AC or DC.
All network access products are available in rack card format
with 1, 2 or 4 channels.
AMS 4 or 16 Universal racks support mixed population of analog modem
AJ2885, xDSL MD4000, fiber optic modem FO8000, TA 6434/90,
CSU/DSU CV2000 and MX2000 mux cards.
Network Access cards and power supplies are hot-swappable.

In plastic or metal desktop and rack mount cards
AC 110/230v or DC 48/24v power supply
LCD with keypad or LED.
The setup parameters, tests and administration
can be easily accomplished
via VT100 menus through the console port or LCD menus
via AT commands, very useful for large deployment
recalled from 5 memory locations : one factory + 4 user configurations
from the CFIP Controller in the rack via Telnet or SNMP
with digital and analog internal test, local and remote loops.
The professionnel equipment from CXR are running
from 0 to 50 ° C and with optional range from -20 to 60 ° C
in high humidity rate, with formal coating option
fully compliant with electrical EMC and safety standards.
CXR is providing network access products
ready for domestic and international customers with
a large selection of power plug configurations.
All CXR transmission and TDM
access products are now
manageable via a new Window
graphical user interface. This new
management tool is easy to use and
requires very little technical
knowledge to set-up a TDM
equipment such as the MX2411
drop/insert multiplexer.
All parameters related
to each port can be
accessed including
time slot allocation,
clocks and CRC. Status
screens are available to
display statistical
information like error
rates, total elapsed time
since last counter reset. Results can be saved automatically for
later analysis and processing. Local and remote loops can also be
initiated to diagnose the faulty segment of the network. The type of
device under control is automatically identified and configurations
can be read, modified and saved for later use or to configure similar
equipment via duplication.
